The online campaign of the two innovation boosters Photonics and Additive Manufacturing is the opportunity to bring forward your innovation ideas around photonics with the possibilities of additive manufacturing technologies.
The online campaign of the two Innovation Boosters Photonics and Additive Manufacturing enables industry and science to further develop and test promising innovation ideas with existing and new technologies as well as materials.Together with the possibilities of additive manufacturing technologies, there is great potential for the photonics industry and photonics system integrators.
Needs and ideas can be exchanged on the ideation platform to subsequently identify potentials for applications and developments in so-called “ideation projects”. Participating teams can receive funding amounts from CHF 10,000 to CHF 25,000 for promising concepts.

Implementation

- Teams work on their topic and realize a prototype by end of February, 2022.
- NTN IBAM / Photonics campaign managers receive an interim report by mid-December 2021.
